Kingston $900 (no lanes, delivery by 3:30 pm/by 6 pm)

Portmore $1,700 (delivery by 3:30 pm)

Spanish Town (LOJ Plaza) $1,700 (delivery by 3:30 pm)

Note: Olympic Way, Tivoli, Denham Town, Trench Town, Greenwich Town, & Allman Town drop-offs are on the main road or at a police station only.

Payment options: Scotia & NCB bank transfer, Cash on Delivery (COD) via IG dm.

Paypal etc via the website only.

Jamaica Post/Zipmail (2-4 days)

Pay $1,400 for your package to be delivered to your local post office ($900 bearer fee + $500 Zipmail fee).

Knutsford Express (24 hrs -36 hrs)

Total cost $1,200 

• Pay $500 bearer fee now & you pay $700 at Knutsford when you go to pick up your order.

Knutsford requires 3 things to release your package to you. 

1. A valid government issued identification card matching the name on the order.
2. The tracking code 
3. JMD $700 

The location you select in the Shipping Method section at checkout, that's where your package will be sent.

We are open Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am to 11 am. 

Knutsford Express drop-off is usually at 12 pm daily. Payment should be received by 11 am.  

Knutsford Express is typically a 24 hrs - 36 hrs process. You can track packages via Knutsford’s website. After receiving your tracking code, you may call Knutsford (876-971-1822) if you want a more specific estimated time of arrival.

If you ordered by 11 am, you will receive your tracking code the same day. Website customers will receive their tracking code via email. Dm orders will receive their tracking code via dm. 

Zipmail orders must be received by 11 am to be dropped off on the same day.

We are open Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am to 11 am. For best results, please place your order from the day before. 

The bearer picks up packages only one time for the day at around 11 am. Orders should be received by 11 am. 

The earliest delivery is at HWT by 12:00 pm. 

All other Kingston deliveries are booked as by 3:30 pm or by 6 pm.

Only one trip to St. Catherine per day: Spanish Town & Portmore by 3:30 pm.

All orders over $100USD (approximately $15,000JMD) successfully delivered are eligible for free/discounted shipping.

Kingston $800- Now Free

St. Catherine $1,700- Now $900 

Zipmail & Knutsford $500 bearer fee - Now free

We only accept PayPal payments on the website.  We accept JMD bank transfers to our Scotia & NCB accounts. Cash on delivery is allowed for bearer deliveries in St. Catherine & Kingston only. Please contact us via Instagram to place your orders if you aren’t checking out on the website. 

All the products on our site are charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order.

As soon as your order is received, you will be provided with a tracking code/information within 24hrs. 

We don't offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Exchanges are conditional and must be requested within the first 24 hours of receiving the product (a valid return receipt will suffice for international orders). Refunds/replacements are available if the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent, in line with the Jamaican Consumer Protection Act. Please get measured so that you know your size. When ordering, please read the product description. The size chart/mannequin measurements are available in the menu section of the website. No exchange on white products. No exchange on gloves, leather items, products that have an underwear element to them e.g. bodysuits, swimwear, tights, earrings etc. Return shipping is the customer's responsibilty. A restocking fee of $1,500 applies for exchanges (a restocking fee is charged to a customer when merchandise is returned). The product must be returned in the same/original condition as it was received, unworn, no damage, soil, scent etc.

• That’s their email last we knew in 2026. You can contact them to double-check this information and make changes to your package. The email should contain the receiver's name, ID and tracking code to verify your authority/identity. Tell them the change you’d like to make to your package, whether it’s adding a name, a reroute etc. If you don’t receive a response in 24 hrs, you should contact them via another method eg. calling, IG dm etc. These changes are handled by the customer.
