Bearer Deliveries (Same Day)

Kingston $900 (no lanes, order by 11 am/4 pm)

Portmore $1,700 (order by 11 am)

Spanish Town (LOJ Plaza) $1,700 (order by 11 am)

Payment options: Scotia & NCB bank transfer, Cash on Delivery (COD) and a card machine via IG dm.

Paypal etc via the website only.

Jamaica Post/Zipmail (2-4 days)

Pay $1,400 for your package to be delivered to your local post office ($900 bearer fee + $500 Zipmail fee).

Knutsford Express (1 day/24hrs)

Cost $1,200 (send $500 for a bearer to drop off your package at the Kingston Knutsford office & you pay $700 when you go to collect your package).

Daily Knutsford Express drop-offs are at 12 pm & 5 pm usually.

Payment should be received an hr before those times.

Knutsford Express is typically a 24 hrs process. After receiving your tracking information, you may call Knutsford (876-971-1822) if you want a more specific estimated time of arrival.

Zipmail orders must be received by 11 am to be dropped off on the same day.

We open 10 am to 5 pm Tuesday - Saturday. For best results, please place your order from the day before. 

The bearer picks up packages at around 11 am and 4 pm. The earliest delivery is at HWT by 12:00 pm. 

Orders should be received at least 1 hr before the pick up times.

Only one trip to St. Catherine per day: Spanish Town & Portmore by 3:30 pm. Your order should be received by 11 am.

All of the orders in the final batch for Kingston are booked as "by 6 pm" deliveries.

International Orders

Delivery prices do not include duties or customs fees. Different locations may attract additional fees. We will not take responsibility for any such additional costs that may arise after your item has been shipped. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Eg. A package sent off from DHL on a Wednesday is usually estimated to arrive by Friday. These deliveries are usually on time, but in the event that it does not reach on time (because of DHL), we will not reimburse the shipping cost. Only errors made by us are reimbursable.

All orders over $65USD or $10,000JMD successfully delivered are eligible for free/discounted shipping.

Kingston $800- Now Free

St. Catherine $1,700- Now $900 

Zipmail & Knutsford $500 bearer fee - Now free

We only accept PayPal payments on the website.  We accept JMD bank transfers to our Scotia & NCB accounts. Cash on delivery is allowed for bearer deliveries in St. Catherine & Kingston only. Please contact us via Instagram to place your orders if you aren’t checking out on the website. 

All the products on our site are charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order.

As soon as your order is received, you will be provided with a tracking code/information within 24hrs. 

Your feedback is very important to us. We describe and photograph items as accurately and honestly as possible. If satisfied, you may leave review of your product when it is received. We are highly appreciative of your support and cooperation.

We don't offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Exchanges are conditional and must be requested within the first 24 hours of receiving the product (a valid return receipt will suffice for international orders). Refunds/replacements are available if the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent, in line with the Jamaican Consumer Protection Act. Please get measured so that you know your size. When ordering, please read the product description. The size chart/mannequin measurements are available in the menu section of the website. No exchange on white products. No exchange on gloves, leather items, products that have an underwear element to them e.g. bodysuits, swimwear, tights, earrings etc. Return shipping is the customer's responsibilty. A restocking fee of $1,500 applies for exchanges (a restocking fee is charged to a customer when merchandise is returned). The product must be returned in the same/original condition as it was received, unworn, no damage, soil, scent etc.
